Security and safety of data and our systems is paramount. These are some of the latest security techniques My PA employs to protect user data:
- Multiple firewalls, anti-virus software and spyware to guard systems from harmful attacks
- Regular back ups of user data throughout the day and once a day off site
- Secure socket layer protocol. All transactions received and transmitted are highly encrypted (128 SSL bit encryption)
- Secured, locked premises to store all hard copy data and client information. We also recommend that subscribers regularly update the firewalls, spyware and anti-virus software on their personal computers.
