Jon McArthur is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in tax and accounting services as well as in corporate CFO positions.

He understands the pressures of running a small business, having set up his first accounting practice in his mid-twenties. He has gone on to become Chief Financial Officer for a number of ASX-listed companies and has experience in sectors as diverse as waste management and commercial radio.

Jon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has been a member of the Institute of Company Directors since 1997.

Based in the Sydney CBD, Jon is the Principal of Stature ARW.

Mark Taylor CSM CFP is a director of Stature ARW and the owner of Stature Financial Group. He is an authorized representative of Hillross, a Certified Financial Planner and member of the Financial Planners Association. Mark has owned and operated his own practice as a Financial Planner since 1997.

Mark has worked in the financial services sector for 22 years. This includes 10 years experience in corporate superannuation and 4 years as a Business Relationship Manager for corporate superannuation clients.
